1. Simply drop the items you would like to purchase into your 'cart' by clicking on the 'Add to cart' button in the item's description.When you have finished shopping, you can view the contents of your cart by clicking on the 'view cart' button - located at the bottom of each page.

2. Please ensure you have familiarised yourself with our terms and conditions prior to ordering.

3. You will have the chance to review your order at the checkout stage and prior to payment. Please ensure that you have checked the items in your cart before you purchase.

4. Please note if you have any questions about delivery costs, stock availability or timescales, please contact us at info@home-tweaks.co.uk before you make your purchase.

5. When you have proceeded to checkout, payment can be made either via your paypal account or via your debit or credit card. In both cases, payment is made through our online secure Paypal checkout. Payment only takes a few minutes.

6. Please ensure you have checked your contact details before making the transaction - we will need to know your delivery address, telephone number and email address. You should also specify any special delivery instructions such as access issues or things the delivery company will need to be aware of.

7. After you have placed your order you will receive an order acknowledgement email from us within 48 hours. Please note that this email is an acknowledgement and not acceptance of your order.

8. Once we have determined the availability of stock we will arrange for the delivery of the goods to you as specified. We will then email you to let you know the expected date of delivery and confirm your order.
